Construction of a School Group

The school project defines the orientations and priority objectives of the school and results in an action program. The project is adopted by the school council for a period of between 3 and 5 years. It defines the specific methods of implementing national objectives and programs and specifies the school and extracurricular activities which contribute to them.

The project is first and foremost an educational approach. It allows the diverse practices of all teachers to converge towards a common objective. The project process includes several stages:

  • The diagnosis.
  • The development of an action program, which is presented to you in this document.
  • The evaluation which will be carried out every year.

The diagnosis made it possible to identify three issues. Take into account social, cultural and gender differences, help the student to know themselves better, and help the student to know their environment better to open up to the world.

Mastery of fundamental knowledge constitutes a national priority. It is about building our students' skills to read, write, count and respect others, whatever their social, cultural and economic origin.

Construction of a Multidisciplinary Health Center

Centre de Santé Pluridisciplinaire

The MSP's mission is to contribute to improving access to care and the quality of care.

The multi-professional health center is a local care structure which brings together medical health professionals, notably general practitioners and paramedical doctors such as nurses, physiotherapists or speech therapists. The professionals who work there are liberal and thus benefit from a collective working environment.

The multidisciplinary structure where doctors and medical assistants work in a coordinated manner. The idea is to create a space dedicated to the coordination of care as close as possible to the population through the sharing of skills.

This Health Center thus constitutes an element of attractiveness both for qualified professionals and for interns or trainees. They are intended to welcome external and internal students during their training and thus introduce them to the territory and this method of coordinated exercise. They thus allow professionals and future health professionals to anchor themselves in the region, contributing in the long term to generally strengthening the healthcare offer.

Coordination work between different professionals is inherent to the functioning of MSPs. The grouping of several types of professionals in the same place - as is most often the case - and their coordination allow easier access to care, continuity of care in the event of the professional's absence or unavailability and global, coordinated care between the different actors around the patient's needs. An elderly patient who has developed balance problems can, for example, consult their general practitioner and be prescribed rehabilitation sessions with a physiotherapist in the same care structure, with the assurance that the two professionals will regularly discuss their state of health.

Community Medical Center

A new approach to meeting the challenges of improving health security in Africa and the health of all.

Our strategy for building this health center aims to regain lost ground on the path to achieving the objectives linked to universal health coverage included among the Sustainable Development Goals by 2030. It consists of strengthening primary health care and combating the root causes of health problems, such as poverty and social inequalities. The strategy emphasizes the importance of addressing major drivers of ill health, such as climate change and environmental degradation, food security, conflict and other crises with humanitarian implications. This is why the strategy introduces a strong approach, entitled "health for all", which aims to ensure that a wide range of policies truly contribute to the achievement of the objectives in terms of carrying out the construction project of this health center.

It identifies three key factors for better health, namely digital transition, research and a qualified workforce, accompanied by concrete actions intended to progress in these areas at the African level.

The effectiveness of financing will be reinforced by the promotion of innovative financing and the pooling of resources on a global scale, as well as by co-financing between partner countries and other actors, such as the private sector. Taken together, the EU and its Member States are among the largest international funders of global health and the Strategy will further strengthen the impact of this important financial contribution to global health, through deeper mapping and closer monitoring of this impact.

Water Borehole Rehabilitation

Eau potable

The rehabilitation/restoration of the drilling requires work more or less of the same type as the previous work (raising the external wall of the well, development of the immediate surroundings, etc.).

More specific work involves cleaning the collecting part and repairing the pumping equipment.

Why and when to perform this operation, the reason is simple:

  • Insufficient depth not allowing sufficient water to be obtained.
  • Drop in the water table level leading to a reduction in yield or even drying up.
  • Deterioration or insufficiency of the concrete casing or well casing increasing the risk of water pollution.
  • Operational breakdowns of equipment (pumps, winch) etc.

Furthermore, according to an estimate from well and water drilling contractors, 40% of this drilling was carried out a few years ago in 2018, its normal lifespan of a drilling varies between 10 and 30 years, unfortunately the population has increased significantly by more than 35% after 6 years which poses problems of consumption and capacity in terms of equipment.

Taking into account all its parameters, unlike a new construction, the decision to rehabilitate an old well is binding and does not require any declaration or authorization.

Defective water tower

Water is life, it is health. However, let us remember this quote from Chauvot de Beauchêne: “Health is the most precious treasure and the easiest to lose, it is however the most poorly guarded”. Without water, life expectancy is extremely limited. It is therefore essential.

Water usable for life represents only a very small part of the water available on earth, and is becoming increasingly rare. If all the water available on earth were reduced to one m3, only 2.5 cm3 would be usable for life.

Water fulfills several vital roles for our body!!!

THE CONSTRUCTION OF A PUBLIC POOL IN REINFORCED CONCRETE

Piscine Publique

“Length 8 m width 4 m depth 1.50 m”

  1. Public swimming pools.
  2. Schools, middle schools, high schools, universities, Grandes Ecoles…
  3. Administrations

The reinforced concrete swimming pool is sprayed in one go using the gunite technique (dry sprayed concrete). In addition, this concrete shell is created on reinforcement, a steel frame making the structure of your permanent swimming pool even stronger.

  • Measure and trace the interior dimensions of my swimming pool with plaster.
  • The determines the depth of the earthwork relative to a fixed point.
  • Rakes it and perfectly levels the bottom of the earthworks.
  • Seals the bottom drain with the pipe.
  • Place the connecting footings at the location of the walls.
  • Creates the slab (concrete base).
  • The next day I install the structure (form blocks).
  • Pouring concrete into the formwork blocks.
  • After 8 to 10 days I glue the carpet to the wall and then install the liner.
  • Remove the wrinkles, and I continue filling.
  • When the pool is full, I turn on the filtration.

What is a swimming pool used for? Why build one?

It is a necessity for the children and young people of our district:

  1. Promote their offer.
  2. Differentiate yourself from the competition.
  3. Meet the needs of our business.
  4. Build community loyalty.
  5. Respond to internal requests from their staff.

THIS POOL WILL BE FOR SWIMMING LESSONS TO ALLOW THE ENTIRE VILLAGE COMMUNITY TO BENEFIT FROM THIS SPORT WHICH IS NOT YET KNOWN IN CAMEROON
